10 out of 10 stay! I will definitely return to stay here. This is way more than a hotel or airbnb. It’s a historic piece with best of everything. The stay is comfy, the owner is super nice and considerate, food snack and breakfast are high standard and available according to our travel time. The owner has renovated this house heartfully with every single details being a story and being living-friendly. This is absolutely a night stay worth over 400 dollars. Check out my photos for the incredible rooms breakfast and the antiques. There are nine rooms on three floors. The two rooms on first floor are handicap friendly with wide door. Next time I will have my whole team stay here for sure!

Pat & Rapheal were both amazing. The detail of every inch of the historic property is wonderful. Pat is the best host of any B & B that we have stayed at and we almost always stay at a B & B when we go away. We usually don't stay at the same property twice but we love this place so much that this is our 4th stay at the South Broadway Manor. Excited for the opening of Greystone Manor. Do doubt that with all the detail that Pat puts into her properties, this will also be an destination place to visit. Rapheal cook fantastic, top notch breakfast that were served in the formal dining room. Pat joined us both mornings and was a delight to talk to.

The breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were out of this world. The whole house is a veritable museum with so much class. The host, Pat, is a remarkable woman with some great accounts of her very interesting life. She is also a mine of information regarding where to go, where to eat, how best to get there, etc. This place is vastly underrated and should be marketed better. If you do not stay here when in the area then you have missed out. There is a family photograph with six people on it - take it in, absorb it and go back in time, their rooms are as they were, their beds are your beds, get to know Pat and allow her to narrate, tour the place and its hidden treasures and enjoy the openness that is on offer. This place is for the intrepid traveller with adventure in their souls, it is for the family who care about what their children are exposed to, it is for the romantics among us and for those with their own story to tell, it is for the historian, the geographer, the industrialist and the dreamer.

Pat was a very lovely host, so helpful and she is a very interesting lady. Also the young gentleman who helped for breakfast was also lovely. The breakfast we had was particularly special and carefully considered. I loved it and looked forward to it. The mansion house is beautiful, spacious, very clean and uniquely stylised. It felt so much like a home. We were in the top floor and had it to ourselves. Pats garden is full of flowers and birds and we sat out in the evening. I also sat out front on the porch in the morning watching the world go by. There are long views up the hill. The location was great. We visited Falling water house, walked a little in the Laurel highlands hiking trail and went white water rafting in Ohiopyle and ate pizza. I wish we had planned to stay here longer. I would most definitely return and highly recommend staying here with with Pat

Amazing place! The atmosphere is great, the 19th century furnishings provide amazing vibe. The practical side is good - beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean, wi-fi works well. In addition, we got a tour of the house, a history overview, an excellent breakfast, and a free room upgrade. The hostess, Pat, is amazing and told us a lot. Free cookies in the kitchen were a very nice bonus, and the selection of teas, coffee, and hot chocolate was simply overwhelming. Thank you, Pat! We'll come back for sure.

This was the best B&B experience I've ever had, the owner and staff were amazing, my room (the entire property) were pristine and beyond expectation beautiful with all the little extra touches that made my stay exceptional... breakfast wasn't the usual fare... i arrived later in the evening my first night and was greeted by the lovely owner Pat Hill... who welcomed me with warm homemade pumpkin pie , a brief tour of her rightly very proud faciliies, and the perfect amount of conversation... Raphael (the cook and wait staff) made this amazing apple flakey pastry thing with sausages and creme fraise one morning with a magnificent eggs benedict with baked cinnamon apple the next... fresh juices and perfectly made cofffee... snacks and refreshments available all day... I relaxed in the hot tub, enjoyed the fireflies and was directed to a lovely local venue for dinner I will absolutely be returning

We stopped in the main house which was Amazing- it greeted you like a mansion from a movie! Inside was equally wonderful like entering an Aladin's cave of delights. So,do take time to look at the internal 'everything's'. Furthermore, the owner has local knowledge and was happy to share. Think of this like an adventure into curiosity of time and memories and imagine who or what touched it, in the past. A good fun stop on a road trip North.

From even before I arrived, Pat reached out with a warm welcome and explained all of the details that I needed for my arrival including where to get a nice meal on the way. The house was absolutely beautifully restored with all the details in check and comfort was at the highest consideration. Pat went above and beyond to provide great restaurant lists, details about how to get to my Frank Lloyd Wright destinations and a wonderful breakfast was prepared by Raphael. The kitchen butler service room was stocked with home made pie, cookies and teas as well as other drinks to make any traveler feel welcomed and at home. The hotel has beautiful gardens with small areas to sit quietly as well as a hot jacuzzi for relaxing at the end of the day. It was a toss up between the jacuzzi and a bath in the claw foot tub in my room. This is a great B&B. Highly recommend to all.

Very comfortable rooms, easy check-in and to find. It was a good location if you are visiting Kentuck Knob or Falling water. The breakfast was definitely a huge benefit of staying here. Overall we enjoyed the experience quite a bit. This place has a “soul” as opposed to a regular hotel chain!

What a place... I think it shouldn't even be classified simply as a BnB, it's so much more. Our room was breathtaking, it's like sleeping in a museum - a clean and comfy one. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to spend too much time there, but I can imagine how perfect it would be to spend a few days in it. Time didn't allowed me to try the breakfast, but judging from the room and the table setting I'm sure it would have been great. (But still: coffee and take-away fruits were available for early birds, that's a nice touch).
